Hire with clarity, rigor, and respect for potential
At Kotra Group, recruitment is a critical part of how we build our firm.
We are not simply looking to fill positions. We are looking for people who can contribute to our vision, grow with the organization, and deliver real value on the mandates we take on.
Our work spans strategy, operations, systems, data, artificial intelligence, automation, cybersecurity, governance, and adoption. That breadth calls for diverse profiles - but also a shared mindset: understand, structure, learn, and deliver with rigor.
Our recruitment process is designed to identify the talent that embodies that approach.
We believe talent cannot be reduced to a title, a degree, or past experience.
Skills matter, of course.
But at Kotra Group, we also place a high value on curiosity, the capacity to learn, rigor, clarity of thought, accountability, and the desire to contribute to a firm that is still being built.
We look for people who can grow.
People who want to understand organizations at a deep level.
People who know how to ask the right questions.
People who want to learn fast.
People who want to turn technology into real value.
People who take the quality of their work seriously.
Our recruiting is grounded in that vision: identify potential, assess mindset, and build lasting professional relationships.
When we recruit, we seek to understand several dimensions of each candidate.

We assess skills relevant to the role: analysis, development, ERP, CRM, data, automation, AI, cybersecurity, project management, client relations, marketing, or operations.

In a digital environment that evolves quickly, the ability to learn is essential. We value candidates who can adapt, ask questions, seek to understand, and progress rapidly.

Our process may vary depending on the role, level of experience, and type of application. That said, it generally follows a straightforward, clear, and progressive logic.

We start by reviewing the candidate's profile: background, experience, skills, completed projects, interests, and alignment with Kotra Group's career areas. We pay attention to the résumé, but also to the way the candidate presents their journey, ambitions, and understanding of the role.

The initial conversation is an opportunity to get to know the candidate better. The goal is to understand their background, motivations, interests, way of thinking, and what they want to build in their career. It is also a moment to introduce Kotra Group - our vision, our expectations, and the reality of our work environment.
For interns and junior profiles, we pay particular attention to potential. We know that an early-career candidate does not always have a lengthy professional track record. We therefore look to assess:

curiosity;
capacity to learn;
rigor;
motivation;
clarity of communication;
interest in digital transformation;
ability to structure information;
seriousness in execution.
An intern or early-career candidate may not have mastered everything from the start. What matters is their ability to learn quickly, ask the right questions, and contribute with genuine commitment.
For more experienced candidates, we assess the ability to create value quickly. This may include:

understanding client challenges;
ability to take ownership of an engagement;
technical or functional expertise;
quality of professional judgment;
ability to coach more junior team members;
client communication;
ability to structure deliverables;
execution leadership;
alignment with Kotra Group's culture.
We look for profiles who can bring maturity, method, and impact.
We appreciate candidates who come prepared. That means taking the time to understand our positioning, our areas of expertise, our vision of digital transformation, and the responsibilities of the role they are pursuing. We value people who can clearly articulate:

what they know how to do;
what they want to learn;
projects they are proud of;
how they work;
their understanding of digital issues;
their motivation for joining Kotra Group;
the contribution they want to make.
A strong candidate is not just trying to impress. They are trying to create a clear, honest, and structured conversation.
We are committed to a recruiting process that is serious, respectful, and transparent. Candidates can expect:

professional interactions;
a clear presentation of the role;
an honest description of our environment;
an assessment tied to real responsibilities;
genuine attention to their potential;
communication that is as clear as possible;
an approach that respects the time they have invested.
We know that a recruiting process is a two-way relationship. The candidate is also evaluating Kotra Group. That is why we want every conversation to help both sides determine whether working together can create value for everyone involved.
Skills can be developed.
But cultural alignment is essential.
At Kotra Group, we look for people who recognize themselves in a culture of clarity, high standards, continuous learning, collaboration, accountability, and impact.
We want to work with professionals who take their own growth seriously, who respect the quality of their work, and who want to contribute to an ambitious firm.
Cultural alignment does not mean everyone thinks the same way.
It means sharing the same professional standards.
Kotra Group is a firm in growth.
Every hire contributes to building the organization.
We are therefore looking for people who want more than a job.
People who want to be part of a demanding professional journey, learn fast, contribute to concrete engagements, and grow alongside the firm.
Every professional who joins Kotra Group has the opportunity to help strengthen our methods, our culture, our expertise, and our ability to guide organizations through their transformations.

We want to recruit with rigor, discernment, and respect.
Rigor, because every role matters.
Discernment, because the right fit is not always the perfect résumé.
We look for people who can organize their ideas, articulate a line of reasoning clearly, and turn a complex situation into something understandable.

The quality of work matters. We pay attention to precision, thoroughness, documentation skills, meeting commitments, and attention to detail.

We look for people who are curious, accountable, collaborative, humble, and ambitious. People who want to contribute to the team, learn from others, and take part in building the firm.

Depending on the position, a more specific assessment may be conducted. This can take different forms: • technical discussion; • case study; • process analysis; • structuring exercise; • portfolio review; • reasoning test; • presentation of a completed project; • client situation simulation; • writing or documentation exercise. The goal is not to trip the candidate up. The goal is to understand how they think, structure, and execute.

A deeper conversation may be used to assess the alignment between the candidate, the role, the team, and Kotra Group's culture. We seek to understand how the person works, learns, communicates, collaborates, and responds to complex situations. This step also gives the candidate an opportunity to ask questions and gain a clearer picture of the role's expectations.

When the fit is clear, we move toward an offer. We aim to be transparent about the role, responsibilities, expectations, level of autonomy, compensation, and growth opportunities. Our goal is for everyone who joins Kotra Group to have a clear understanding of the environment they are entering and how they can contribute.
